Boarded Kaveri sleeper 10 pm from Ongole. The bus was supposed to go via chilakaluripet but it went to Addams which was off the main road and took long route, there was no proper sleep. Stopped the bus everywhere

I booked one ticket from vijayawada to srikakulam on[protected] through yatrageni. I got call from kaveri travels and they told me the bus was cancelled, with reference id[protected]. Till that day i am not getting any refund.. Could you please do favor for getting the money.
