Annavaram-ongole; coachno:ar 01 g 8789; attendent: mahesh; cont no: [protected]; reptime: 11:44 pm. My bus time is 11:44 it is 1 hr late and driver has rude behaviour. We are in pickup point from 9pm at gudimetla annavaram. I have already called to conductor number but it is not driver number which i got from kaveri. He gives driver number to me. I called him and informed. Driver also 2times told the bus was late. After 12.45 the driver called and asking where are you. I have tel i am waiting at pickup point. He said the bus is in bypass this is pickup point not gudimetlu. But i got a message wait at gudi metlu annavaram. Driver and cleaner used vorgal language in call and they has rude behaviour. I am passenger traveling from Hyderabad to tadepalligudem. They dropped me at location lb nagar and told to wait at 10 pm. Is this fair to make a women stand on road with no protection on road. This is so bad to ur travels
