Kaveri Travels — worst bus maintenance

Dear sir/madam,
The bus has to reach to mysore by 8:15am. Still it is in bangalore due to bus break down. We have exam at 12:30 pm in mysore. Because of bus worst maintaianace we missed the exam. Even driver is also not responsing properly. The exam is very important to us. Who will be responsible for the loss happened to us. We will never book kaveri travels.
How a bus will enter into the city after 7am when it is running late. Still they entered into the city @10:30am also. We are in hurry of reaching mysore. Still they stopped for breakfast. What is this type of maintenance?
