Kaveri Travels — worst maintenance

We r travelling from vizag to hyd. The bus should start 9:55 pm at kurmanapallem but because of some repair work they came at 12:00. And again they continued the a. C. Repairing in kurmanapallem bus stop and started at 1:00 am..
How irresponsible you ppl are.. And we are still in the bus near suryapet.. Around we 'll reach 11:00 am to lbnagar.. Actual time is 7:30...
I never recommend kavali travels

Bus booked from Hyd to Yanam, it’s came late by 3 hrs to amalapuram and then he is suggesting us to go by Auto with a rude behaviour, he is not at all considering others as customers not even people. This is not first time I have complained same behaviour for Kaveri travels
