Kaya — Jewellery lost in Kaya, warden rd

I have sent a couple of complains by email for the loss of my earrings in your warden rd branch... which took place around end of jan 2017 ..
Diana is responsible for the loss... Mam Poonam was in touch with me and has not apologised
I am an old customer of KAYA and would like to know why such bad staff who can't even manage the computer billing!
