[Resolved]  Kaya Skin Clinic — decline to avail services already paid for

Hi,

As per the above mentioned subject i would like to bring it to your notice that myself dipti k shah is being a lifetime member at kaya skin clinic had taken an appointment for laser hair removal on 14th march 2018.

Following are the issues i faced :
1. Firstly i wanted to take an appointment for monday which they refused and gave me an appointment for tuesday. On tuesday again they called up and cancelled my appointment stating that the machines is under maintenance.

2. On wednesday i. Le on 14th march when i reached there for my session the clinic manager is informing me that kaya's lifetime services have been stopped and we can avail it only till sept. 2019. So if i have to avail my service i have to sign a consent form agreeing on the same or else i cannot avail the service,

3. The clinic manager (Ms. Neesha) was very unprofessional and irrresponsible as she informed me the same at very last moment she nevrer informed me while cancelling the appointment. This has caused a lot of inconvenience for me. Fyi i dont even stay in india, i had all the way from hongkong and for a very limited period i stay here in india,

4. My biggest grievance is, if you guys are stopping the service there has been on information displayed on any website or no message has been sent through emails/sms.
The clinic manager just informed me vaguely that we have given it in the newspapers and she had no proof of the same. Aren't you guys suppose to inform your clients well in advance?

I had paid huge amount of money for this lifetime service and while paying for it nobody had informed us that it would be stopped so abruptly.

5. The worst of all i was not allowed to avail the service since i did not agree to sign the consent form. It was an absolute irresponsible attitude of your clinic manager as i wasted so much of time travelling till there. The reason which the clinic manger gave me was very vague and baseless that laser treatments cannot be done lifetime, if this was the case why wasnt this informed while we were making payments. All of sudden now you guys are concerned about the safety? I need an explanation for the same. Kaya skin clinic is only into money making and looting the customers. You guys are absolute frauds.

I also cross checked with few centres, if i pay and avail a new service you guys are ready to give it which proves that you reason is absolutely fake.

I request you to kindly address this issue asap or else we will be forced to take strict legal action and also spread awareness through soical media regarding the kaya's pathetic approach towards customers. Kindly contact me on the following no. As i am not using my personal no. -[protected]
