I went to kaya hsr and paid rs8800 instead of 7800 and the girl who received my money didnt tell me that i have paid extra instead she told just go ahead i will proccess but when i asked her she said from accounts they told that the amount is less. How can such a big company hire doshonest employee!
Also i received a defective product from kaya. 1st time i went though such type o[censored]nreliable place with big name

Updated by Advrj I went to kaya and took a package for 12990 rs so they asked me to pay 60% minimum amount otherwise they couldnt process the treatment so she asked me whether i can pay her round off i said ok and then paid 8800, since i waited for long i didnt count properly, gave her to count so she told me you proceed mam will do it and then she asked me to sit, since i carried cash n was sort of more i just withdrew and gave her the whole of it along with i paid her the cash i had in my wallet and when i reached home, the moment i counted cash it was exact 2X500 rs note missing, which i got from atm, and i forgot to ask her in hurry about the cash i gave her was correct, she handover me a receipt and i left. then i called kaya and got to know that when they counted cash it was less than i was suppose to pay but they managed n was ok!

I know my cash wont be returned bcz if she had received more and was honest there and then she would have paid me back or given a call luckily i realized cz i went to kaya from home and came back directly so there was no other of loosing my money and exact same notes wont be missing withdrew from bank! I fee dissapointed that i took a package and experienced this in my first visit and will have to be very cautious if i have to go next time about money!
