I had raised a request for extending validity of my package. Mail sent on 3rd september. Reference no. 39932.
Promised a response within 7 days. No response yet. Called contact centre on 21st sept, was told the clinic would reach me and the clinic manager redirected me to the [protected]@kayaindia.net mail id again.
As usual, there is no response.
