Hi team,

I have been doing my maintenance sessions on face. As i moved places i though of trying the outlet at viviana mall in thane
One i did in december and another on 01st april. Pathetic was my experience in terms of customer service and also the charge. I did exactly the same area as done in december. They whopped out 1000 extra from me and were immensely rude.
I called and complained about this to which i was assured that i will get a response in 72 hours and its been 12 days i haven't heard from anyone.
I would make it sure to take this up with omburdsman for sure. Not leaving it in a limbo.
Need you all to return my extra money and a written apology from the people from this outlet
