Kaya Green Park Fraud:

I vagdevi Karumuri took 12 maintenance hair lazer sitting for my 6 body parts after competing the regular Hair removal Lazer treatment. They sold that pack for 50, 000Rs in the year 2009 December in Safdarjung branch as i can use them anytime with out any time limit.They maintained a file hard copy and they use to take my signature after every session. Later the Safdarjung branch was closed and clubed with green park branch. I visited Green park in 2015 and took one maintenance sitting there also, I signed my file there also.

I used 5-6 sittings till 2015 and after that I called them in 2017 for my maintenance but they are saying my package was not reflecting in their system. and they don't have the file too.

I spent may be 2.5 to 3 lakh in Kaya from last ten years, I am the prime customer even though they are not responding to my calls. All the staff has been changed.

I need KAYA GREEN PARK to show my file. I need an answer where was my file? Why was my package was not updated in the system? Who used all of my sittings remaining at my package?

I asked the manager to email to the head office for my file, but she asked me to do it by myself.
