Hi kaya,
My wife suman malhotra purchased a lifetime package and has been availing the services till 2017 at the rajouri garden j block branch. However, now they are denying me the services saying they cant find the records now!
How come all of a sudden details cannot be found? After following up many a times with your customer care ([protected]@kayaindia.net), i was told that as a goodwill gesture kaya can provide me the services only till sept 2019 that too if i sign a loyalty form.
Just to resolve the problem, i am willing to sign this but now kaya tells me that my lifetime package details cannot found and kaya is lying that i had purchased a package for four sessions only. If i had purchased a 4 session package then why on earth was kaya giving me free sessions till 2017? (Your rajouri branch has on record and have confirmed that i have been given free sessions) can you beat this logic or was it charity?
I have seen on this forum that kaya has denied lifetime package to many customers.
Please look and into this. Also i am willing to take the resolution earlier provided by kaya of sessions uptill 2019,. Please get it resolved Was this information helpful? |
I also availed around 12 sessions(10 from my first package and 2 from my maintenance package of 6 sessons). Then they said my sessions are exhaust now and I bought only package of 4 session till date.
I also have the same question why did your Centre provided me the sessions... for charity or what???
