[Resolved] Kaya Skin Clinic — Mishandling of equipments and untrained staff

I took the laser session and the staff who was handling the machine gave me some permanent burnt marks and not only this the staff filled the customer feedback form by themselves and rated excellent in each parameters which is unacceptable. I came to kaya to improve my skin instead it got worse. The staff working here is untrained and needs proper training. Worst services ever will not recommend to any of my known.
