Kaya skin clinic is denying my "lifetime package" saying they have withdrawn
The package from 2018. If we have taken a life time package how can they
Withdraw it like this. I had taken a maintenance session on 30th march for a lower face at their dt mega mall centre and their they charged inr 2500 from me saying that the life time enrollment is no longer valid.

My niece had visited the dt mega mall branch yesterday and their they were
Offering extension to one of the client who had a life time package. This is totally unacceptable and somehow i am being harassed for a fault made at their end.

It would restore my faith in the company if they solved my problem.
