[Resolved] Kaya Skin Clinic — refusal to providing service | |||
I joined kaya clinic in 2006. After a gap i again joined in 2011. They always suggest to buy sessions during offer periods to whi h i always aggred.in may i asked them about my session and they said you have around 5-6 session left. I took one and went to nashik clinic in june they confirmed that i have 5 sessions left and suggested to take peels.in july i booked my appointment on a saturday for monday and they said you have one session left. On monday they refused to give me session as there was no sessions left. They kept me waiting and then refused. Its cheating with such an old customer. Kaya can't afford to loose such customers.
