[Resolved] Kaya Skin Clinic — rude behaviour | |||
We have been trying to book an appointment since the past week from kaya skin clinic pitampura. We finally got an appointment from them one day before our function. However when we reached the clinic, they imformed no doctor was available. On top of it, the manager geetika is so rude of a person, she doesnt know how To communicate with a client. She was shouting on the top of her voice giving unreasonable excuses. Highly disappointed as we had to Go back that day after a heated argument. She was shouting like anything. Is this the way you tell the managers to communicate. Ranjana was also there she was helpful. But you’ve got to train your managers well.
