After so many follow up with kaya. They told me over call that they are going to refund my money but again i got this email saying that they can't do it. I have to choose between availing another service or gift voucher.
This is what i replied to them —
As i said earlier i cannot avail any service as i am planning to move abroad and will not be coming back anytime soon.
That's why i asked for the urgent refund refund as i don't want my money to get stucked with kaya which seems like it's stucked already.
I understand your policy however if there is any exception then you should also take it into consideration.
Gift voucher are of no use for me as i'll not be available here to redeem that and secondly i would value my money more than those vouchers because that's my money i'm not asking for any compliment or privilege from your company! That's my money that i paid there for nothing! If i would know about customer service i would have never went there.
I had asked to refund my money asap within 2 days and one of your representatives from central customer team told me that she is going to initiate the refund after i get a call which i didn't receive so far (Since 1 week).
Kindly do something valuable to save my time and energy in writing you again and again else i have other alternatives as well to get my money back right away. Was this information helpful? |
