I got hair removal treatment done through kaya clinic vasant kunj. I got allergy after my second sitting. The doctor gave me high frequency even after seeing my growth. The staff service is very poor. No one picks up the call and do not attend the patient nicely. The doctor is also not upto the mark. I was told that I would be provided with hair spa and massage. But just before my appointment they tell me it's just hair wash. They are misleading costumers and providing wrong information.
Advertising one service and providing another is highly unethical.
