Hi team,
This is to keep you informed that i have enrolled for a underarm laser treatment in december and is very unhappy with the customer service provided by this branch of kaya in hyderabad. Firstly, i had to call the branch multiple times to book an appointment month on month. Secondly, after booking an appointment they cancel it as the doctor is unavailable, machine is out of service etc. Request you to kindly get the refund of the remaining amount. I am fedup of this nonsense and don't want to continue with their services.
