No one from the customer care is able to provide information about the laser hair maintanence packages. When I enrolled for original package with Kaya, they told me a very reasonable price for laser hair reduction maintenance if at all needed. Now I am almost at the end of my base package without expected results and the branch team quotes me a maintenance package which is 2 times costlier than the base package. Now does this make sense ?
Upon asking the branch, they say their maintenance packages have been discontinued.
When I wrote to the customer care, they told to contact branch. What's the role of customer care here? And if they cannot resolve any issue why are to they operating a helpline email or number ??
