Kaysons Education — Poor quality content and not providing refund

I have purchased course for my daughter for her jee preparation from home due to lockdown. I have done online payment on 14th of april, then i was told that they will send me link for online study and dispatch the material later on. I found the material of very poor quality. There is neigther proper explanation and not properly designed for self study as they started solving questions with differential and integral in day 1. After 2 days, i complained them that it is not suitable for my daughter for self study and i want to cancel my order and since then i am keep writing them however they are not responding to my calls and it's almost going to be 2 months and no communication from their side. They simply send me one link and since then kept silence, it spoiled all her valuable time and further i am not able to go for another options as they are not refunding money during this crucial period.
