Hello, I also also Purchased kaysons 1 yr course previous yr and I was purchased it from amazon so all stuff is delivered perfectly to my home and my account is activated after calling his agent.
I told you my experience-
I got all stuff that mentioned on site but when I see lectures for example trignometry, the teacher just read lines that written on books, notes, etc and complete the lecture in few minutes. When I complained then Kaysons that SIr is not teaching well then responds me that We try solve problem or I am out of city and I reply you soon after some months same issue and finally same issue for year. Anyway at starting they give me books pdf and study planner on my email to read books anywhere and plan study. And If you see all their lectures then you find lectures are 2-3 yrs old not latest. And for quality of lecture, There many teachers but I found only 3 teachers that who teaches Integrations section and 2nd who teaches Coordinate Geometry and 3rd who teaches Organic Chemistry of 12th portion are teaches perfectly for me and all others are just try to short the lectures. For me I pay too much for 3 good teachers that are not teach in front of me. They gives facility to your online account to ask questions and Solve daily problem. If you ask a question they respond but it takes 2-3 days and If they answer your then you must have to give reply under 2-3 days otherwise question close. For daily question parts, I only told you Day1, 2 are only for name If you think that you have no knowlege and you just see lecture of day1 and try your online day1 problems then only 20-40% you can solve from video lecture and if you see day 6 and try to solve problems then they give problem of next level even that part that they not teach you in their lectures.
If you ask me then I don't recommend to study any child for 2 years from this lecture to make his base strong its better to see like on Youtube (physicsWallah) alakh sir lecture lectures are far far better than them or see anywhere else. They basically gives same 2-3yrs old lecture to all classes 11, 12 and 12+ they basically increase the subscription plan If you are in 12 or 12+ then same lecture for 1 year and if you are in 11 then same lecture for 2 yrs. I you want something like crash course and pay large amount then It is good for you but not best because they cant give you facility to fast forward if you want to quick revision before exams. And as I above said they also have some good teacher so their lectures are also lengthy because they try to explain concepts. From my experience crash course and something like this is just waste .
If you purchased the course then you can use it as for any revision. If your video lecture expire then just change your laptop date to that date at which you purchased it it may be 2, 3, 4 years before.all lectures then again working.
I only give Kaysons 3 out of 100 only because of those teachers.
Any finally If you see their terms and conditions on their site.they written their If you enrolled in their course then fees is non-refundable.
