Kc Hyundai — Poorest service quality

Poorest service quality... Blindly confirming OK of the vehicle. Sir, m Capt Arun Sharma... I bought my i20 in oct 2012... It met with a small accident in 2013 and i got it serviced in hyundai service centre of Panchkula... I paid around 10000 from my pocket other than 100% insurance claim... I was told veh is fit for drive... After few days i complained of poor pickup but after road test by panchkula service it was again declared fit... After that incident i got two free services done in Hyundai KC Jammu... Both the times i complained of poor pickup... And i got the same reply... Now on 21 July 2015 i left my veh at Hyundai KC and requested them for a detailed checkup as the engine sensor remains on since it met with accident... And today the service agent gave me a call saying that my air sensor has gone off due to which pickup is poor and the replacement will cost ₹14000... Sad to state but it took around two years and 3 services just to find the reason and now it cannot be claimed... I request you to interfere n get it claimed... Regards ! Capt Arun... [protected]. Dear Sir Greetings of the Day As per your concern dated 22/7/2015 as per our record your vehicle bearing Reg no CH01AR 7425 visited our work shop as on dated[protected] for mirror replacement R/O NO R[protected] KMS 7069, and dated[protected] kms 9332 for free service after that the said vehicle reported in our work shop as on dated[protected] kms 19233 free service & shocker check after that it reported in our work shop as on dated[protected] kms 27758 for poor pick up engine check light on After checking your vehicle by our technical Advisor it was found that the Air flow sensor need to be replaced As per the data the date of sale of your vehicle is[protected] which is out of warranty and the cost of the part need to be replaced will born by the customer As you want this part to be replaced in insurance which is not possible as there is not any External damage in your vehicle so it not possible. Dear Sir, As mentioned in ur mail i got two free services done from KC Hyundai... In both the services i had complained of poor pickup, however the same was confirmed OK to me by ur rep... During the third free service which was done on 2014, the check light thing was also checked and confirmed OK... Attaching a copy of same... Just because services were free doesnot mean respective dealers will not pay any heed to the issues... Had i been informed that tym i might have been able to cover it in insurance when veh actually got hit... After this I did not get any reply from KC Hyundai... I sent them a reminder also but no callback/mail... Due to this lackadaisical attitude m forced to take up the case in consumer court... Hoping to get justice there...
