Sir, i am tushar nagraj proprietor of m/s nagraj associates and kisnibai pansare and others sold the subject land to the om shree sai krupa corporation (Llp) through its partnres 1) shree sunil sahebrao chavan and 2) shree milind sahebrao chavan and they are cheated me as per the agreement/ sale deed/confirmation deed and the condition mentions there in berween us dated 19/01/2015 and 11/09/2017. And hence my strong objection is that do not pass the iod and construction permission on the subject land.
