KDMC — foul smell in midc premises

I am a resident in sudama nagar near model college as per the lockdown declared we are facing a new problem of foul smell originated since afternoon on 24/03/2020 it is getting very difficult to breath as every member is being stranded at home and this smell is creating panic in nearby areas. It may be due to the chemical disposing in nearby factories as this viral outbreak is already giving breathing problems this is adding fuel to the fire, kindly take a due note of this.
