KDMC — illegal construction - ganesh immersion ghat

To kdmc team,

I am a resident from yash enclave, opp. Shankeshwar palms, near khandoba mandir, kumbharkhan pada, dombivli west. The area behind our society is known as ganesh emersion ghat and this land has been declared as forest land. Hence no construction is allowed on this land. Inspite of this, we can see a construction of a building which is very near to the khadi. Now as this land is a forest land, this construction becomes illegal. But still no action has been taken by kdmc. I request you to please look into the matter and do the needful.
