KDMC — nuisance from stray dog

There are lots of stray dogs around navapada and chincholipada area. Recently a group of these dogs bit a person returning from his night shift. It has become very dangerous to walk on street at night.

Also it is very irritating at night, people cannot sleep because of the barking noise.
