KDMC — Regarding Dogs bark in the nights

I want to keep in your notice that we are facing problems with the dogs. Lots o[censored]nsheltered dogs bark contentious in the mid night. due to that one can not sleep. this happens in every night. We want you to take some actions for this. please do something. we are hoping that KDMC will definitely help us to resolve this issue. Also some people plays cards which is the type of gambling. Can you please help us???
