Keepcart.in — regarding memory card of 128gb corrupt issue

I had placed an order on 14/01/2018 with order number #KC[protected] for a 128GB MEMORY CARD plus 128GB MEMORY CARD was
FREE on the www.keepcart.in,
worth Rs. 1119 with extra charge of shipping and handling Rs. 130 grand total 1249.
I have received my product with order number #KC[protected] few days ago and I had to paid 1249 for the product. I found that both memory cards are not functioning properly while accessing it in my Redmi note 3. I adopted several methods by changing several devices even I called to my smartphone manufacturer regarding this particular difficulty but he told me “The issue is in my memory card" Having adopted all potential methods both memory cards didn't function yet.
I also called up several times on[protected] and Emailed for registering my complain but neither my calls were picked up by the company customer care executive nor I got any calls back or reply from keepcart.in.
I am extramly regretful with this kind of products from keepcart.in.
Please resolve my awful difficulty!
