Keerti Computer Institute — delay in certificate

I durgesh gupta i joined kirti computer classes in april 2018 and in april 2019 my course was completed there. When i joined, then they had said there that i will get my certificate within 2 months of completing the course, but it has been 10 months now, i have not received my certificate. The office man never comes on time and stays on leave for 3 days a week and call the office. Nobody even calls. Where never giving a response.
