Kelvinator — fridge , freezer not working

Dear team,

we purchased fridge from tambaram roja store on Feb 18 but its freezer not working .it not getting cool. we calling and tracking your service person last two months but no one response from your end . why this kind of service you doing please stop your service and especially our area service persons . we totally not satisfy to buy your properties .

I bought above above product 2 years back, but is not working now.
main chip got now working and didn't get proper spare parts
