Kelvinator — fridge not cooling

I have brought a refigerator of kelvinator but its not cooling at all from past 1months. I have already contact the retailer where i brought the product and he told me that he contacted the service centre 20 days ago. He already contacted the service centre twice but there are no respone from the other side and they are not sending anyone to check. Kindly resolve the issue...
