[Resolved]  Kelvinator — My refrigerator is not working

My refrigerator model no. Ksl254 of 245lts. Purchased in 2014, is not working since from last 2days. I tried to register complain but all toll free no. Are fake what i supposed to do as dealer is also not accepting my complaint. I called up on [protected], noida customer care but they refused to register my complaint. This is very disturbing for me. Please respond my complaint. I am looking forward.

The defrost is not working, making sound and freezing ice everywhere, not even draining water outside, not even responding at all, tried to reach the vendor, no one is replying to the situation
