I have bought this kelvinator fridge in year 2017. Cooling issue started in sept 2020 . I contacted kelvinator customer care on 16 sept ..then after 3-4 days a mechanic came and changed some hardwares and filled gas in the fridge and charged me 2050rs even my fridge was in warranty. After that the cooling issue didn't solved. then they said that your compressor is malfunctioning and will have to change it. And my compressor is in warranty . After that no one have contacted me and when I'm calling them no one is picking my calls. They took two thousand rupees from me for doing nothing. As the problem in the fridge was compressor it's in warranty. I want my refund and change of compressor.
