Kelvinator — refrigerator not working ( cooling )

Dear Team,
I have bought one Kelvinator Refridgerator from Pankaj Electronics. But now refrigerator not cooling the last 2 days. I went to Pankaj electronics about this problem then he told me that please call to customer care no. 39404040. I have tried many times today morning to call on this number but no one customer executive pick my call. Computer System is saying continuously that our customer executive is busy on another call.
But how will solve this problem when customer care will not a response to the customer.
