Kelvinator — service centre authority not responding

I have a kelvinator cooler. I have purchased the same on dated 19/04/2018 . But now this is not working condition. For this I have contacted the service centre but they have not respond. The service centre authority regularly concocting me. Please find the attachment of invoice.
I request to you to arrange your authorized mechanic for servicing.
