Regarding kelvinator tower fan purchased from j j jain ranchi invoice no 50 Dear sir I had purchased the above tower fan on 25th september 2017 from j j jain 11 j. J. Road upper bazaar ranchi 834001.. My above fan is not working i contacted jj jain on 2nd september 2019 but the shop is not there and on visiting i was told its closed.. I am lodging this complaint that my warranty is valid till 25th september 2019. Hence would request you to get my complaint attended and get the fan replaced as per warranty terms. I am attaching the copy of invoice and warranty card for your ready reefrence. An early response in the matter will be highly appreciated.
