Kelvinator — washing machine pathetic service module

Hi,

The belief that customer is right sometimes seems to be lost in the transition you guys made in my life. My parents used kelvinator for 20+ years and trust me you, the quality of products and services have deteriorated a lot since the golden old age.
I will begin my plight with the following
Complaint number-gha[protected]
This is second time my pcb went off in last three months. Last time i had to wait for 1+ month to get it rectified and this time the agent have visited my place 5times with different excuses.

Your customer care executive is almost clueless about the problem. I had a word with the zonal manager (As he quoted) with no timeline again. I want to ask few things.

1. Is customer satisfaction really not of any importance to you fellows. Cause being from the service industry i can see how much your company values it. Alas. Answer from my side would be - not at all.

2. You "claim", that your part is in warranty and we do care about happy customers as stated in your company mission. But there is no use of such warranty if customer has to resort to other measures and shell out money cause of delay from your end.

3. At what time do you consider to replace the product cause if your pcbs are getting fused everytime you try to change it, then sorry to break the ice boss, you are just wasting your time and specially mine.

4. Have you considered that there are others who have to be at work and cannot be available at home at your liberty (Though this never happened but non compliance to timelines pisses people off)

5. To the already sinking brand. I think i did a blunder imparting my trust in you guys. Don't know whether i will be joyous out the outcome of spending few mins to resort to write the complain on the public forum or will repent it due to negligence from your part.

In edtech sector we generally pay heed to the customers cause competition out there is fierce. Don't know much about electronics industry. Guess i will learn it the hard way.

Please don't send anyone who does fake promises and provides no solution just for the heck of leaving the premises and totally forgetting the commitments made.

A replacement for the same would gain some trust but i guess that's just a tad bit of positiveness in believing that it could happen from my side.
