[Resolved] Kelvinator — Worst customer service ever | |||||
Purifier is not at all purifying the water. After a week of war with customer care finally a person changes the filter. He said he installed a new filter. The next day he came without any call and did something. And it again stopped filtering. He must have taken back the new filter and sold it. Now again the war started with customer care. Location - Porur, Chennai. Respective Kelvinator person - Purushothaman. Was this information helpful? | |||||
