I ordered product - designer multi choice gown price Rs.999/- & anarkali gown price Rs. 1, 199/- from kemioon. My Oder no. 10594.
When I open the packet the product is not up to the mark I called kemioon and ask for return. They asked me to go through the return policy. According to return policy I returned the product and ask for money refund in account but they are refund in e wallet. E wallet payment is not mentioned in policy. I clearly ask them for account refund before sending product back in phone.
Request you to plz help me in refunding my money in my account. Plz go through the attachment.
