Kenstar — complaint about kenstar not working properly with I bought on 10/05/2019

M JAGANNADHA CHARYULU, 9-214, vyshanava Bazar, TIRUVURU

I purchased this cooler and it is very good in service but since last few days it water pump stop working. Because of it i feel so much problem. So i request to you please send any techinician for this who can repair the cooler
And i called so many time to your customer care number bt there is no response. So i request to you please make it more human friendly and easy, so that consumer not get suffered.

This is very ridiculous of kenstar and it's support
From last 7-9 days we are trying to call but no one is responding.
Our geyser which is almost 5-6 months old, has started leakage and no even we do not get any hot water..

Kindly call me urgent...
Or need to complaint about the service to consumer forum
