Kenstar — Ac installation denied by kenstar

Purchased a Kenstar AC from Amazon, received it 2days back but no response for installation from Kenstar, did follow ups many times but their lines are always busy. Neither they are providing installation service nor I can opt for outside installation service as warranty will be void. These cheaters promised installation within 24 hours... but now no response inspite if many follow ups. Kindly avoid videocon and kenstar products, they are froads and will hardly provide any serice for their junk stuff. Highly disappointed. PHONE [protected] PRODUCT KENSTAR KSM35. WN1

Hi sir,
Raj electronics, Tavarekere sold an air cooler(Kenstar) which was not working properly. I have paid 7500 rs. No dealer is not responsible nor Kenstar. I don't know whom to contact. Pls help.
