[Resolved]  Kenstar — Defective, Pathetic Customer Service

We purchased 4 Kenstar ACs in April 2015, two of which are already giving us problems. One of them has stopped working showing an error code - E2. We registered a complaint on 7th Aug. The technician comes on 10th August who had absolutely no clue what E2 code meant. After we educated him about the error details using the manual, he tried to fix it with no success. He said that he was going to speak to the company guys who told him that they will replace the part itself. Ever since, I tried contacting the customer care atleast 10 times, trying to ask them how or who was going to come and resolve this problem. Each time, I was either given some wrong numbers of senior executives in the company, or redirected to some numbers who refused to respond to my query. Now, I have no option but to file a case with the consumer court. Despite having all the details about me and this complaint in their hands, not one soul has cared to reach out and solve this issue for me. I would like to get some help with taking this complaint to the next level.

I think that this is a universal manufacturing problem and company must replace all such defective acs .
