Kenstar — faulty water heater

I have purchased kenstar water heater on 05-jun-2017. It has problem with tank, as a result water is leaking. We have informed the customer service & they have changed 4 times the tank but still the problem remains.
I have been assured that the heater would be replaced shortly, but it’s been 6 months, but there is no response. We need a permanent solution either by replacement or refund of money at the earliest. For your reference, the billing details are below...
