[Resolved] Kenstar — issue not resolved more than 45 days
It is sad to bring notice that your service team is very bad.
I have a kenstar split ac bought from amazon last year august. And now facing issue in it.
The compressor is vibrating vigourously and with lots of noise eventually it cannot be used.
I have been following up with kenstar call over call.
Being tired after august month i again called in september and raised new ticket.

I got contacts of 3-4 service man below is list
Mum[protected] will be serviced by nandakumar[protected], svc point [protected] provide scode s66331 only if satisfactory job done, appt dt-27/09/18, 5:00pm
Addition to above 2 phone number i have 2 more all shared by your service desk team.
And also senior branch head person number but all in vain
No one recieves the call. I am really tired of this dirty situation now.
Can you please get the issue resolved?

they are failure they wont do anything
