[Resolved]  Kenstar — Karishma Royal food processor/ Problem with motar but no one is responding to raised complaints.

Hi I bought Karishma Royal food processor.
Last year after using 4 month motar issue started I raised complaints through Kenstar customer care. They are raising tickets and closing after some time without solving the problem.
My ticket numbers -

Local contact person is not responsible my calls and customer care service people raising tickets and closing without solving problem.

I'm facing problem to grind food everyday by asking neighbours.
