1. My cooler is under waranty period and technician came after lot worthless and nonsense customer care excecutives. Technician says that fan motor need to be replaced and it is chargeable. But I believe it should be free as it is under waranty.
2. I spoke to lot of customer care executives but two people called Sushma and Sanjay have disconnected call saying no senior available when I asked them to connect to senior as they speak like a parrot. Couple of times they transferred me to different language base level people.
Unfortunately call connected to Kalyani who was introduced herself as senior but she also could not understand my concern and transferred me back to base level. Vocabulary was terrific of all these 3 people that either they can't understand me or I can understand them.
