[Resolved] Kenstar — Kenstar geyser product failure - worst service | |||
I have bought kenstar geyser kgs25w6p, within 3 months time water started leaking from geyser bottom. Till date i have registered 4 complaints and did not get any proper response from the service center "gk electronics". Service technician has visited twice and informed that will bring new geyser as replacement. Repeated followup with service center i get only one response that "new machine yet to be allotted and will be delivered soon". Its been 4 months now. There is no proper response on status of complaint either from the gk electronics or customer care number 39404040. Every time i followup with customer care number 39404040, i get response that the service provider has closed the complaint and new complaint number is allotted for same product. Without providing service how come service center is closing the complain and without informing customer. Complaint number details Che[protected] dated 28th dec 2016 Che[protected] dated 13th jan 2017 Che[protected] dated 1st feb 2017 Che[protected] dated 22nd april 2017 All complaint numbers has been canceled by the service provider without taking any action.
