Hi, I would like to log a complaint with regards to a Faulty microwave which was bought 4 months back.. It's door is getting melted from inside and last I used it, it has electric short circuit and wiring burnt smell. Refrence no. THA[protected] pending I had a word with Anwar from Thane service centre and his supervisor Mr. Tarun Maheshwari... All these guys are just giving me the run around and noone is responsible here. They are all bunch of liars and hardly understand how to talk and provide a better customer service. I have no option here but to endure thus endless wait and false promises. Model no. KJ20CBG101 Name: Chander Shekhar Sharma Phn no. [protected] I have stopped using it now and I want someone to replace this Faulty equipment asap... It's not at all satisfactory. Does anyone even understand the meaning of customer service in Videocon / Kenstar?????

I have been calling Tarun Maheshwari & Anwar from Thane Service center regarding my Microwave from many days now, But it seems these guys are simply ignoring my calls.

Always giving fake promises, wrong commitments and no one call back or a visit.
This is extremely frustrating, Calling your customer care no. also doesn't help because everyone just directs me to TARUN : THE GUYS WHO NEVER SHOWSUP??

if this is how you guys work then I can understand how Kenstar treats rest of customers.

If you guys have a bit of humanity left then I expect some response ASAP.

whats the update I don't have a clue with regards to my resolution?
No email received so don't resolve it unless you actually do something fruitful.

Still waiting for someone to deal with my issue. Common team its more than a month now????
What on earth is taking such long to resolve my issue. I am seriously pissed off with your third class support. NEVER GOING TO BUY KENSTAR EVR EVR AGAIN.. Stop sending me the automated replies and do something about it... I still haven't heard anything about my Microwave's replacement.
