Kenstar — no resolution is provided for gpa[protected] ticket of geyser issue even after more than 25 days in warranty period

Very bad experience with kenstar service.
I have registered my complained about geyser problem on 20 september but till yet i have no update about this ticket (Gpa[protected]). Even after multiple calls to customer care, nobody want to pick any call and share the status. No reply over mail as well.
I don't know anyone is working on this ticket or not.
Currently geyser is under warranty.
