Kenstar — Thermostat On-off Knob to replace of steam Iron box

OM...!!! In Question steam iron box is working well, the operating / on off knob ( Plastic material with lugs ) lugs have broken, since the design of knob is not durable / long lasting, hence the issue / this problem is a raised. I had lot of correspondence mail with them but not heard. I sent request for Knob at cost bearing or replace with new steam iron box with mere diff of price. Which Ignored.
