Kenstar — Service not provide properly | |||
I have purchase iron from flip cart and made of kenstar model knc12b3p-dbh steam iron on dated 6th july, 2016. Its order id is od[protected] and invoice no is #del_ggn_[protected] 30/06/2016. I had complained about water leakage problem on dated 09/03/2017, complain no was agr[protected] and i handed over the iron to the service center on dated 10/03/2017 but til now i didn't get it. I have call many times to the service center but i didn't get any positive response from their end. O i request you to kindly take necessary action against kenstar. I will be thankful to you. My heter was repair 4times in year by your enginers but problem is not solve.I want to replace my watre heter.Do not repair agan.
